1. Popis služby

Cloudové konektory jsou softwarové moduly umožňující integraci desktopové aplikace pro zpracování mezd s cloudovými e-mailovými službami Microsoft 365 a Google Workspace. Služba slouží výhradně automatizovanému odesílání e-mailových zpráv včetně příloh prostřednictvím API rozhraní těchto poskytovatelů.

2. Práva a povinnosti uživatele

• • Uživatel musí disponovat platným oprávněním (licencí) k používání příslušné cloudové služby (Microsoft/Google).

  • Uživatel nese plnou zodpovědnost za obsah odesílaných zpráv a za správnost e-mailových adres příjemců.

  • Uživatel bere na vědomí, že pro funkčnost konektoru je nutné udělit aplikaci souhlas s odesíláním e-mailů (rozsah Mail.Send nebo gmail.send).

3. Omezení odpovědnosti

Provozovatel neodpovídá za:

• • Nedoručení zpráv způsobené výpadkem služeb třetích stran (Microsoft, Google).

  • Zablokování účtu uživatele ze strany poskytovatele z důvodu překročení limitů pro odesílání pošty (spamové limity).

4. Ukončení služby

Uživatel může kdykoli ukončit používání konektoru odvoláním souhlasu (OAuth tokenu) ve správě svého Microsoft nebo Google účtu.

Právní upozornění na ochranné známky: Microsoft 365, Azure a Microsoft Entra jsou registrované ochranné známky společnosti Microsoft Corporation. 1. Description of Service

Cloud Connectors are software modules enabling the integration of the desktop payroll application with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace email services. The service is used exclusively for automated sending of email messages including attachments via the providers' API interfaces.

2. User Rights and Obligations

• • The user must have a valid license to use the respective cloud service (Microsoft/Google).

  • The user bears full responsibility for the content of sent messages and the accuracy of recipients' email addresses.

  • The user acknowledges that it is necessary to grant the application permission to send emails (scopes Mail.Send or gmail.send) for the connector to function.

3. Limitation of Liability

The operator is not responsible for:

• • Non-delivery of messages caused by outages of third-party services (Microsoft, Google).

  • Blocking of the user's account by the provider due to exceeding email sending limits (spam limits).

4. Termination of Service

The user may terminate the use of the connector at any time by revoking the consent (OAuth token) in their Microsoft or Google account settings.
